 Intro Riff D. Wade

Brought to slavery, Bought to serve
To serve until I die
My destiny has been foretold
To succumb into their lives
At fates hands, I am controlled
With out the rights of man
Until I’m free, I must persist
To find a way to resist

With each passing day, it’s all the same
A loser at their games
As I slave away, locked in chains
I plan my big escape
To defy the cast, release fates grasp
This victory won’t be my last
When it’s late, I premeditate
A victory that’s mine at last

BREAK

BRIDGE
I gather my armies to rise up against
The will of those that bind me
When victory was mine, the tide took a turn
And those whom I trusted betrayed me
As fate would have it, I’m captured again
A martyr to those that followed
I’ll die in these chains, a free man at least
But my pride I never shall swallow

DUEL HARMONIZED SOLO S. Behrens and D. Wade

As my life goes by
Before my eyes
I see that all is lost
They raise my broken body
Up on this holy cross
As I leave this world
I pray to my god
My soul that he will take
I look beyond, into the dark
I’m just a victim of fate
